MoreMeasure sends each customer an invoice in the MMS Receipt app: a one-time installation invoice for each site, then the monthly monitoring subscription. Open it on your Billing page and pay with the service you already use, or take your reward points off the bill first.

Three checkouts you already trust
Each button takes you to that company's own checkout and brings you back to the app when you're done.
Pay with PayPal
Pay from your PayPal balance, bank or card on PayPal's own checkout page.
Pay with Cash App Pay
Approve the payment in Cash App on your phone, through Square's secure checkout.
Pay with QuickBooks
Open your QuickBooks Online invoice and pay it by card or bank transfer.
How billing works
From invoice to paid
Invoices are numbered like INV-2026-000001 and show the amount in US dollars, what it is for and when it is due.
- Use your points firstBefore you pay, choose Use points voucher to take a discount voucher off the invoice. A voucher can't be worth more than what's left to pay, and if it covers the whole amount the invoice is paid with points.
- Checked before it's marked paidThe app confirms the payment and its amount with PayPal, Square or Intuit before it marks the invoice Paid, showing the provider and reference.
- Your card stays with the providerCard and bank details are entered only on PayPal's, Square's or Intuit's own pages and never pass through MMS Receipt.
- Other ways to payPrefer a bank transfer, cheque or cash? MoreMeasure staff record it on your invoice.
Online payments are being set up
The Billing page is built and ready. Until MoreMeasure's payment accounts are connected, the pay buttons open a practice checkout and no money moves.
